TripDown Support
TripDown counts down to your next trip, or anything else worth waiting for. It turns any date into a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget with hand-drawn themes.
Getting started
- Open TripDown and add a countdown with a name and a date.
- Choose a one-day countdown or a multi-day trip.
- Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or +, search for TripDown and add a small, medium or Lock Screen widget.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. TripDown has no sign-up and no login.
Where is my data stored?
Your countdowns stay on your device. TripDown has no ads and no tracking. See the privacy policy.
What's free, and what does the purchase unlock?
Unlimited countdowns and three themes are free. A one-time purchase unlocks all themes.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Your purchase is tied to the Apple Account you used to buy it. Sign in with that same Apple Account on your new device to restore it.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
